Heat stress occurs when the cow cannot dissipate its body heat sufficiently. That is why a good stable climate with fresh, moving air is a primary need for your cow. From 20° C and 90% humidity, mild heat stress already occurs. Severe heat stress occurs from 30° C.

Fans are not the only way to reduce the temperature in the stable. MWith the side wall ventilation, the degree of ventilation can be adjusted depending on the weather. It is also possible to use translucent cloth for more natural light in the stable.
